Parking must be done in a uniform manner. There is no assigned parking, except those spaces designated for handicapped licensed vehicles. Guests should park in areas which are not heavily used. Only two cars per apartment are accepted, exceptions will be made for larger apartments only. Vehicles parked in a “No Parking Zone”, on the lawn or in an area without proper parking lines will be issued a warning. Vehicles not removed from that area within 24 hours will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Vehicles must have current registration and current inspection to be allowed on property. Cars are not to be “stored” on the property and may be removed at the Owner’s discretion.
